Every year, FOOD & WINE magazine welcomes some of the country’s top culinary talent in breath-taking Beaver Creek, Colorado, for four unforgettable days of laughter, libations, and culinary excess. Set at the base of a World Cup mountain, Beaver Creek Food & Wine offers interactive cooking demonstrations, innovative wine and spirits events, gourmet wine pairing dinners, chef-led fundraisers, and endless hours of phenomenal skiing. Highlights from this past year’s festivities included the Snowshoe & Gourmet Lunch, a guided tour where guests can work up an appetite and then eat heartily, and the afternoon Après-Ski Burgers & Beers, hosted by none other than the Texas barbecue superstar himself, chef Tim Love.
